How many people do you have telling you what to do? Or ignoring what you want to do? Are you confused about what you can, should, and want to do in life, no matter what your age? Do you feel that you don't fit, or that you can never get things right? Are you doing things you would rather not, or not doing things you would like to? Are you frustrated, sad or angry with your children, parents, teachers, friends, or people at work or in the community ? Do you feel that people don't understand you, or appreciate you? These sessions are an open discussion and questions are encouraged. What's going on for you? What do you require?
