Generating the health and wellbeing you desire
What's that for you?
Do you struggle with stress, pain or illness? Do you have a physical, emotional or mental state or addiction that you'd like to change, but can't seem to? Perhaps someone is just a pain in the neck (or other place preventing you from sitting down...)? Or are you simply looking for an even more exuberant expression of life? This introductory seminar will teach you to some simple, practical tools to help you generate the health and wellbeing you desire, in any environment (...even living overseas in an unfamiliar place). Next seminar Time and day: 10-11:30 am Thursday Date: 27 September Venue: Seoul Club, British Association of Seoul (BASS) monthly coffee morning open discussion Investment in you: 14,000 won non-members / 10,000 BASS members Our classes are an open discussion format and questions are welcome. They are not about telling you how to create your life, how to live your life or how to function in your life. Our classes seek to give you the space to look at your life from a totally different place, free from judgement and with greater possibility and choice. About the facilitator
