Most of us are not choosing consciously, rather we are being swept along in a unconscious tide, struggling to achieve what we have been told is 'success'. Most of our time is spent looking for 'answers' to solve the problem of our apparent future of certain catastrophe: depleted resources, disease epidemics, toxic environments, climate change, and the ultimate destruction of the planet.

Little wonder we're stressed and suffering in ever higher numbers of chronic dis-eases.

What if there were another possibility? What if these conclusions were not the only options? What if we started asking more questions? What if we gave up fighting over what we think is 'right and only way'? What if we simply made different choices now? Could that generate new possibilities?

In this seminar, we investigate what it means to be aware of the choices we make and what it means to be conscious and to act consciously at both an individual and organizational level.

We explore how we are entrained to function now, and how shifting from unconscious/anti-conscious points of view to being aware and choosing consciously we could effect a different future reality for ourselves, our organizations, and the planet.
